[ THE PROCESS ]
  • Every climbing journey begins with a goal. At Ascend, athletes start with a personalized consultation.

We explore your goals—whether performance, strength, or movement—and build a clear framework for progress that fits your life. This process also helps us identify the key data needed to guide your training, allowing us to deliver precise, individualized coaching from the start.

While we specialize in climbing, we also work with other athletes seeking personalized strength and performance training.

  • With clear goals established, we shift to focused guidance. Your program is delivered through TrueCoach, where you’ll follow structured training sessions directed with intention—prioritizing the key areas that will drive your climbing or athletic performance forward, whether that’s movement efficiency, strength, or improving specific weaknesses.

Every session has a purpose, giving you a clear path to consistent, measurable progress.

  • Consistent progress is built through ongoing refinement. As you work toward your goals, we continuously assess, adjust, and evolve your training to keep you moving forward.

Reaching a goal isn’t the endpoint—it’s a milestone. From there, we build on your success and set the next target, ensuring long-term development and continued progress in your climbing or athletic performance.
