Return & Refund Policy

At Ascend, we’re dedicated to helping athletes pursue excellence through premium coaching, training, and performance gear. Because our offerings include both personalized coaching services and physical merchandise, our return and refund policies differ between the two.

1. Coaching, Consultations & Training Services

All Ascend coaching, consultation, and training services are non-refundable. Each session or program represents customized planning, professional expertise, and dedicated time from the Ascend Coaching Team.

  • Consultations are non-refundable, regardless of whether you continue with additional services.

  • Training programs (e.g., 6-week Strength & Conditioning or Rock Climbing Coaching) are non-refundable once purchased or initiated.

  • Recurring coaching subscriptions are non-refundable recurring payments, but you may cancel future billing after your initial commitment period by emailing support@timetoascend.com.

  • Private coaching sessions (indoor or outdoor) are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    • If Ascend cancels a session due to weather or safety concerns, you’ll be offered a reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ascend gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within reason.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, less shipping costs, once the item is received and inspected.

  • If the return is due to an Ascend error (incorrect item, size, or defect), Ascend will cover return shipping.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • Replacement items ship free for domestic U.S. orders.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact orders@timetoascend.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace, repair, or refund the item at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed apparel

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition merchandise

3. How To Start A Return

Email orders@timetoascend.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  3. The reason for the return

You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
